sorry! we sell some of our fabrics pretty fast but we are always trying to make each one available all the time. Usually, if a baby book cover is backordered, it takes about a month to get it ready to ship again.
shipping
When I place my order, how long will it take to have it in my hands?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible! It usually takes about a week for us to ship your order (we try to ship within 2-4 days, but we are a small family business so please understand that we do our best to accommodate each order shipping as quickly as possible. ) and then you have to take into account the transit time. We ship outside of Southern California and use USPS Priority Mail. For US orders, you can normally expect 1-3 days in transit (after our packing time). international orders typically arrive 4-8 weeks after shipment.
Do you offer express shipping?
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. email us if you need expedited shipping and we can let you know the cost.

we accept major credit cards, paypal and google checkout.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do. For orders shipped to California addresses, we charge 9% sales tax.
can I get a gift certificate?
Of course! you can purchase a gift certificate and you can leave instructions on whether you prefer electronic gift certificates or a paper copy by mail.
returns and refunds
If you wish to return your baby book for a refund, you must notify ruby love (via etsy convo or email: orders@rubylovebaby.com) within one week of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. shipping charges will not be refunded. and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that we are also unable to refund the cost of customization. thanks!
