Anne Holt is one of the best-known Norwegian authors, famous for writing her books based on the crime novel, mystery and thriller genres. She is particularly popular for successfully creating and publishing the Vik/Stubo series and the Hanne Wilhelmsen series. Before deciding to become a writer, Holt used to work as a journalist, lawyer, politician, and presenter. Ella author Holt began her writing career in the year 1993 with the publication of her debut novel titled ‘Blind Goddess’. She served in the Jagland cabinet for a very short period of around two years between 1995 and 1997.
