if you are looking for a complete guide on launching a youtube channel, you can do a lot worse than buying a beginner’s book. yes, they can seem condescending at times, but for the dummies, books assume you have absolutely no prior knowledge on a subject.
This is a good thing. While other books may assume you know how to log into your YouTube account, YouTube Channels For Dummies covers it all, which is great, if you want to know how to properly navigate the home page but were afraid to ask.
The book is divided into five parts. The first is about getting started: how to set up your channel and plan your goals. the second section shows you how to make a good youtube video and has helpful hints for the different types you can record.
The third section helps you understand and grow your audience. The fourth section looks at how businesses can use YouTube to their advantage in the modern world. and the final fifth section covers copyright and improving youtube search rankings.
Typical chump features are present throughout the book, with helpful summaries and charts to help you digest the most important information.
