If you’re like me, you’ll want to read about everything, and I mean everything, about pregnancy and childbirth so you can make the best decisions for you and your baby. During this search, you’ll find an amazing number of books, but what are the best pregnancy books for natural moms?

my experience with pregnancy books

There are so many pregnancy books out there. but when i got pregnant with griffin i had a hard time finding the right one. In the vast majority of cases, women have healthy pregnancies and healthy babies. so why do so many books talk about everything that could go wrong? There were worst-case scenarios and scary tales seemingly on every page. Based on the content of these pregnancy books, you would never know that women have been giving birth for thousands of years!

Don’t get me wrong: there are a handful of really great natural pregnancy books that don’t take this approach. Take May Gaskin’s book, for example. It’s like a pregnancy bible for many, it’s an amazing resource.

But let’s face it, moms: I tend to have a little baby brain. and for that reason, I really wanted an easy to digest week-by-week pregnancy book for natural moms.

…so I created my own pregnancy book

That’s where Natural Breast’s week-by-week guide to pregnancy and childbirth comes in.

Despite an exhaustive search, I couldn’t find a single pregnancy book in a week-by-week format that addressed pregnancy from a natural perspective. I got hooked on natural life. Why couldn’t I have a natural pregnancy and birth too?
