I am always looking for information and inspiration to stay in my program. In my search for tips, recipes, and other resources, I found several books on how to quit sugar, how to detox from sugar, or great low-sugar cookbooks.

Before I get to the list, I have to tell you that not all sugar detoxes are created equal. some eliminate sugar, others that eliminate processed sugar, and others that follow a specific diet principle, such as ketogenic diet books or diabetic cookbooks.

sarah wilson has written many books and cookbooks in a series of books to give up sugar. what I like about her is that her approach was very similar to mine. eliminate sugar as an experiment and realize the benefits. her test became her way of life, and her cookbook is an 8-week plan on how you too can give up sugar. There are over 100 recipes in her diet book, followed by some great cookbooks full of sugar-free recipes.

I can’t put a list of books on quitting sugar together without mentioning the sugar-free diet series. In addition to their original best-selling diet book, there are now several cookbooks to complement it.

However, I find the title of this book misleading. As someone who cut out sugar when I read this diet and found inspiring recipes, I discovered that it was more about cutting out “added sugars” than zero sugar.

That said, many would find it difficult to maintain my absolute zero sugar approach. the principles of eliminating added sugar will continue to help curb cravings, boost metabolism, and teach you the principles for moving to a healthy, balanced diet of fresh produce, protein, and whole grains.

I’ll admit it. I only grabbed this because I’m a fan of the jersey shore tv series. Vinny’s transformation is pretty amazing. I’ll start by saying that I don’t follow the high-fat ketogenic diet, but there are many elements of this diet that work for low-sugar, low-carb health plans.

In vinny’s keto guido book, you’ll find a 7-day keto meal plan and over 100 recipes. She also shares her personal stories and some expert advice from wellness coach Karissa Long.
