Recently, I decided to do a rainbow reading series, which is just a publication of books with covers of one color for each color of the rainbow, and obviously we have to start with red.

This post is purely for fun and will not have book descriptions as it includes quite a few series that are not book one.
I’ve broken it down into red cover books, red cover nonfiction, and red cover fiction and tried to find a variety of genres for each. I include the genre and whether it’s part of a series or not for each book.
- if you want to hear some of these, consider trying audible! you can get your first month free (a free book) plus many others that are free. get that audible deal here.
- if you’re on a tighter budget, try scribd! you can get your first month free there. you can read books and listen to audiobooks. it’s unlimited (especially reading), but if you listen to tons of new audiobooks, you might be restricted after a few. I don’t listen enough to confirm this, but I do use scribd and I really like it.
- If you want to read more on your kindle but don’t want to buy books, kindle unlimited is a wonderful option . It costs $9.99 a month, but if you read a lot and like to read more than just new releases, it might be worth it. get kindle unlimited here!
- get $5 off $25 bookoutlet! this is a great place to find new books for very little money . They also have quite a few sales, so keep an eye out for them. I tend to look here for the books I want if they are more expensive elsewhere. They don’t have it all, but they have a lot. Get that deal here.
- Second-hand books have become my favorite option when I’m looking for a book and I want it cheap. It’s great if you like to buy used books. with this you can get a free book after spending $30!
- buy my book lists here! you can find all the book lists I have in the bookshop. org (except for my monthly summaries) and add as much as I can, but occasionally they don’t have some. however, I occasionally add extras. if any list is empty, it will be populated shortly! shop my bookshop.org book lists here.
