brad meltzer was born in 1970 and grew up in brooklyn, new york. After moving to Miami in South Florida, she went to North Miami Beach High School where she graduated in 1988.
later, he attended the university of michigan and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. in 1993. while in college, at the age of 19 he got an internship on capitol hill in washington, which helped him eventually become the political thriller he is now, having a huge influence on his books.
In 1993, after graduating, he started working at the game magazine, but as the publisher he wanted to work for left the job soon after, he decided to change paths and started writing his first novel, which was titled Fraternity . this first novel received 24 rejections and was never officially published.
He enrolled in columbia law school soon after. being a student, he wrote his second novel, the tenth justice, which is the first book to be accepted by a publisher and see the light of day. it was published in 1997.

While working on his spy thrillers, the author also began to dabble in other genres, writing several comics for various superheroes, including Green Arrow, Superman/Batman, as well as Justice League of America and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. . She doesn’t even remember her own name. But she is told that she was in a car crash which killed her father and severely injured her brother.
When the FBI shows up at the hospital door, Hazel has no idea why she’s being questioned about some secrets belonging to Benedict Arnold. Now, Hazel decides to find out for herself what’s going on and why that little bible found inside a dead man’s body is so important.

for his books, brad meltzer does a lot of research. for example, for the millionaire story, you have to learn to change your identity. how to steal people’s identities, something he learned is all too easy, including getting a new passport and a fake social security number. That particular book was the first in which Brad Meltzer broke away from the world of lawyers and bankers and took off with his thrillers in a new direction (and a new city).

zig is a normal guy who ends up in a very irregular situation. he is deeply hurt by the loss of his own daughter and tries to make the best of it for him. he is a really unlikely hero.

Over the last few years, new brad meltzer books have switched genres: the author has begun writing children’s books in a series titled Everyday People Change the World. Since mystery sequels are geared toward crime, mystery, and thriller series, they won’t be featured here. however, I still recommend reading it with children.
