early life and personal life cecelia ahern was born in dublin, the capital of ireland, on september 30, 1981. she was born and raised as the daughter of a renowned politician, bertie ahern, who later became the taoiseach, or prime minister of Ireland in 1997, Cecilia’s life got off to a great start. She has spent most of her life in the city of Dublin and still resides there. She has an older sister, Georgia Ahern, who is married to Nicky Byrne, of an Irish pop group, Westlife. Ella Cecelia Ella studied journalism and media at the University of Dublin before embarking on her career as a writer. In 2000, she was part of a pop group called Shimma that placed third in the Irish national final of the Eurovision Song Contest. From pop band member to journalist and finally to becoming a best-selling author, Cecilia has done wonders for her life. She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl named Robin with her partner David Keoghan in 2009. They then secretly got married in County Kildare to David on June 11, 2010. love rosie the novel love rosie was another cecelia ahern masterpiece. she wrote the novel while she was enjoying the great success of p. yes I love you and it is reflected in history. this novel was also highly appreciated by the readers, but it failed to reach the heights of her first novel. the title was a twelve week bestseller in ireland and won the prestigious corine award. cecelia understands romance inside out and has a very creative mind when it comes to creating romantic friction. she can make her readers cry, smile and laugh at the same time. the love rosie book does the same. the story is about two childhood friends who are destined to be together. at an early age the child has to leave the country and they distance themselves from each other. however, they continue to stay in touch with each other through emails and letters. this love story is deep as everyone except the couple knows that they are destined to be together and they realize after a long journey in search of another person. the book is a blast to read and is sure to invigorate your romantic personality. the book was later made into a movie in 2014.
