Christmas is creeping up on us very soon, folks. time to start thinking about everything related to the holidays. for us that includes classic holiday movies and books. We’ve compiled a list of the top ten children’s Christmas books on giving to help you teach your little ones about the true spirit of the season.
Our little bug is learning what Christmas is all about this year and he learns a lot from story time. I can’t wait to dive into these books with him!

The lights, the tree, the shopping, the wrapping, the baking, the family gatherings, and so much more that get us so involved this time of year can be overwhelming.
don’t get me wrong. It’s great to see little ones excited about Santa, the elves, the magical flying reindeer and all the wonderful treats they’ll receive if they’ve been good all year! (or at least they did their best, right?)

the berenstain bears and the christmas angel by mike berenstain. The pups want to build a snowman, but then they have a better idea…a snow angel! Later, Mama and Papa Bear teach them a lesson about angels and the work they do for God.
the legend of st. Nicholas: A Holiday Gift Story by Dandy Daley Mackall. introduces the concept of the original st. nicholas using a modern story of a boy named nicholas who wants to help the poor and needy around the world. great for younger kids and older kids too, who are starting to “get” santa but still want to keep the christmas spirit alive.
