the first 80% or even more are stories about a handful of unconnected people residing in different parts of the us. uu. ginger is a boston cosmetic surgeon. jack is a thief from new york. Dom is a writer from Los Angeles. Brendan is a priest from Chicago. ernie owns the serenity motel in nevada. each story is divided into maybe 8 elements, and the reader jumps between the different stories. I’m not a fan of jumps, however I can see how it was required for this story. however, I certainly would have chosen fewer jumps. some of the characters have recently begun to have psychological problems. Ginger occasionally goes on the run, passing out. Ernie is afraid of the dark. sleepwalking sun with worrying results.

I really felt the guide was too long. I was so sick of hearing personalities say “I can’t remember” or “I remember this, but I can’t remember it anymore” or “what’s going on?” for most of the books, elements of someone’s memory appeared, but never enough to provide answers. finally, at the end, we get the full story of what happened to these individuals. it was not a pleasant setting. It reminds me of several other posts where a psychic gets partial clues and never the full story to the end. however, many of these stories were interesting even though I didn’t like all the “can’t remember” ones. the characters were good. i liked jack’s talents, skills and activities. made the points happen. ginger had stamina, reasoning, as well as some good scenes. however, most of his time was suffering and also questioning.
These 4 begin to bow down to each other on the site of a previously shared out-of-this-world experience.

A major problem I had with this book was not the book itself, but the direct translation to audio. I did not like the selection of the narrator, prick hill. His male voices were fine, however, I found his wife’s and also children’s voices difficult to hear. among personalities, the surgeon, she was described as an exceptionally striking Jewish woman. however, her voice reminded me of dustin hoffman’s rainman character. the discussions of other personalities were stereotyped, a criminal who looked like a mobster in a new jacket or the naval officer with an exaggerated voice. dean koontz is one of my favorite writers, and also this post is just one of the reasons why. Although many of his works are unpredictable, this one was very well created. you still couldn’t help but feel sorry for the personalities as they all went through their own different methods of dealing with what happened to all of them. and not until they were almost done did I identify exactly what had happened to them. this, besides lightning, are 2 of my all-time favorite reviews. I initially struggled to get into this book. I am a fan of Koontz and did not intend to lose any of his books. I’m still trying to go through every post he’s ever written and now I can say I finished this too. In order for this book to actually get reviewed, I had to set a deadline to finish it. I’m starting to understand how important it is for me to do this to review specific posts I’ve dealt with. anyway currently in the guide. dr Ginger Weiss begins to experience phobic responses to black hand covers, an ophthalmoscope, a sink drain, and a man in a bicycle helmet. so severe are his reactions that he runs without thinking, terrified, to hide from them. In another part of the country, writer Dominick Corvaisis is sleepwalking, waking up huddled in a storage room or behind the water heater, hiding from something, terrified. these two and others are experiencing the same phobic reactions to the same stimuli, eventually deducing that they have stifled memories of something that happened to them 18 months ago, but neither remembers what it was. they collaborate in the place where they think it all happened, discovered to find out what happened to them and why.
well, this was a shocking treasure. a great plot that kept me going. Strangers: An Online Psychological Thriller Audio Book. furthermore, the ending, which to some may seem a bit over the top, was plausible as well as intriguing, and kept me hooked. It gets an a+, and I would also recommend it to anyone. while I was enthralled for most of my reading, I felt like the ending was level and really rushed, thinking about the rest of the story took a long time to get going. however, I did like that the story took several twists and turns, and the reader struggles with whether this is simply an espionage/federal government book, or a paranormal government conspiracy theory. like i said before, the ending was pretty flat for me, as well as i was expecting a lot more from the reveal than i got.
