Helene Tursten, a noted and accomplished Swedish Scandinavian crime novelist, was born in Goteborg, Sweden, on February 17, 1954. Writing was not her first occupation, nor was it her first profession. Before she became the famous and respected writer she is today, she worked as a nurse and later as a dentist. Unfortunately, while working in the medical/dental profession, Ella Tursten fell ill and had to leave Ella’s job. While she was battling her illness, she began working as a translator of medical articles.

Detective Huss and her team of smart and competent detectives waste no time tracking down von Knecht’s life in a criminal underworld that involves both biker gangs and drug dealing. tursten then causes the case to turn deadly again. A bomb blows up von Knecht’s business office, killing two more characters in the story. Detective Huss’s team faces many difficulties as they try to discover a motive for all the violence. Huss herself begins to feel that von Knecht’s underworld connections and business connections have somehow crossed at a very dangerous crossroads. She begins to worry that there will be more murders if she and her team can’t stop the vicious perpetrator soon.

A large part of the novel’s success story can be attributed to Tursten’s detailed, step-by-step interpretation of the difficult but uncompromising detective work that ultimately leads to the thrilling climax and resolution.

In 1999, Tursten published her second book in her Irene Huss detective series which became Night Watch.

In this second part of the swedish crime series from tursten, the main character, irene huss, continues her work as a detective inspector in the violent crime unit in goteborg, sweden. in this story, however, she is a former ju-jitsu champion and has twin teenage daughters. she is also married to a successful chef. Night Watch proves to be a gripping sequel to Detective Inspector Huss.

The story begins in a small private hospital run by a man named dr. Sverker Lowander. one night there is a blackout while there is only one doctor and two nurses on duty. the blackout causes a ventilator intensive care room to fail, and for some unknown reason, the generator won’t turn on. later, one of the 2 nurses disappears and the other is eventually found to be dead.

tursten’s second novel has interesting and intriguing plots. Principal Huss ends up with plenty of other dishes: the murder of one nurse, the disappearance of another, the appearance of a supposed ghost, her relationship with her team of detectives, and her relationship with her husband and her twin. she 14 years old. daughters.

The writing style of this particular tursten book is a very direct writing style that doesn’t include much embellishment. There are some idiosyncratic quirks, like the constant references to “morning prayers,” which is the term Huss and his team use to refer to the meeting the crime squad has at the beginning of each day. Several films have been derived from helenetursten’s works. These films feature Tursten’s main character: Detective Inspector Irene Huss. The films are produced by a company called Yellow Bird Films and another company called Illusion Films. the films are in Swedish with English and Danish subtitles.

the detective inspector irene huss movies are a unique collection of movies. It is essentially about a fictional Swedish detective played by an actress named Angela Kovács. Twelve 90-minute films in total were produced between 2007 and 2011.
