With certain exceptions, products purchased from AAPC may be returned for a refund. Products must be shipped for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase or shipment to be eligible for a refund. they must also be unopened and in resalable condition. returned products are subject to a $5 restocking fee per item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Reimbursement requests may be submitted in writing or verbally to AAPC.

The workshop registration is refundable, if you cancel at least one week before the workshop, you can receive a refund less the $25 cancellation fee. In the event that a cancellation is received less than one week in advance of the workshop, no refund will be given. you can transfer your registration to the on-demand version of the workshop or you can have a credit towards a future workshop.

Distance learning online courses may be canceled for a full refund within three days of the date of purchase, provided the student has not accessed the online course and the course materials and books are returned unopened and in good condition to aapc. after three business days, course cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per course, in addition to any fees for course materials/books not returned to aapc, or returned open or used. no refunds will be issued for any course that has been partially accessed, viewed or completed, and no refund is available for any course after 30 days from the date of purchase. Course refund requests must be submitted in writing to AAPC for review and consideration. no refunds will be issued for course extensions. distance learning courses are for individual use only and are non-transferable.
e/m online training and online exam reviews not accessed are refundable within 30 days of purchase date. no refund will be issued for any exam or training/review tool that has been accessed, viewed or partially completed.

Returning an individual book that was purchased in a bundle will void the bundle discount. all books in the package will be returned to their normal price and the remaining cost of unreturned books will be subtracted from the refund.
ebook cancellations will only be accepted if the return request is made within 5 business days of placing the order. if redemption codes are applied to access the eBook, refunds will not be processed.

codify is non-refundable, you may cancel your subscription or free trial by contacting aapc by phone or email. To ensure your credit card is not charged, please make your cancellation request at least two business days prior to the end date of your subscription or free trial period.

Shipments must be securely packaged and in resalable condition via a carrier that provides tracking information. returned products will be reviewed and confirmed by aapc at the time of return. credit to account, less applicable fees, will be posted once audit is complete.
upon receipt of return requests from your organization, aapc has the right to authorize and accept returns the following month, due to warehouse staff assignments to properly process returns.

Yearbooks: AAPC product returns will be accepted for full credit through September 30 of that release year. Resellers/Booksellers must complete returns within 90 days of purchase. Returns of ama cpt® codebooks will be accepted for full credit through June 30 of the year of purchase. version.
