biography of iris johansen
the author iris johansen was born in 1938 in st louis missouri. She moved to Georgia where she currently lives with her family.
He started writing books after his children went to college. The first genre in which she wrote her first books was romance fiction in the 1980s.

I loved writing romance novels because I’m a big fan of happy endings. I started writing suspense because of the challenge of all the twists and in-depth character studies it offered. I still try to incorporate a love story into all my books. It’s the best of both worlds for me!

I love this series and I never get tired of eve and her stories. The author’s latest book is called Mind Game and was published in October 2017. A new book, Broken Mirror, will be published in 2018.
the mind game centers on jane macguire, who has returned to scotland to search for cira’s treasure (more on scotland in hide away). While she still dreams of Cira, her family and the treasure she supposedly buried in Scotland, she is now also haunted by dreams of another young woman, this time the woman is a contemporary of Jane and probably still alive. But not for long, unless Jane and Seth Caleb (Jane’s great love) can find her in time.
In the romantic thriller genre, iris johansen has written several additional series, the catherine ling series, the kendra michaels series (the second co-authored with her son roy johansen), the hannah bryson series, as well as the Alisa Flynn’s newest series, so reading Iris Johansen’s books means picking up other important works by the author as well. so yes i recommend you give even duncan’s books and generally iris johansen’s books (all gritty thrillers) a serious look and don’t skip a single book because the threads are complicated and the older ones pick up each pair of books one more time.
