going supernatural by dr. joe dispenza

“this is the most important. I just started reading it. I have it on audiobook and ibook and a print copy just because it inspired me, it’s teaching me, it’s everything you could ask for in a book. the way he writes and explains everything is so simple. he does a great job explaining the mystical and the scientific. It is a very easy read, with practical techniques to apply to your life. the power to think, the power to think, the power to manifest. a lot of people will say, ‘oh, you are what you think’, and just leave it at that. and you’re like, ‘okay, whatever that means’. Everyone takes it like, like, you’re just high. but it shows the studies that have been done. he’s a neuroscientist, so he knows all the science behind it.” -ja

“I’ve been reading your books since I was like 13 years old. this particular book, I got it when I was about 17, and when my brother passed away, it was very helpful. he explains how there is no birth or death. things manifest when conditions are right, and things disappear when conditions are not right. and he simply explains how everything exists because of everything else. so there is no me without you, there is no rain without clouds, there is no paper without rain. he breaks it down so beautifully and poetically. you can read this book in two days and not want to put it down. it is very easy to read and is not preachy. the first book of his that i read is called peace is every step, what changed my life. It’s someone I aspire to be one day. He’s super focused. I recommend all of his books.” -ja

chakras for beginners by david pond & sacred sounds of ted andrews

“I actually started with chakras for beginners along with sacred sounds. the sacred sounds speak a lot about the different notes, how they correlate with the different chakras. I study these two books hand in hand because the book of chakras delves into what the chakras really are, and the book of sacred sounds delves into the sounds of the vowels, the tones, the frequencies that resonate with different parts of your body . both books break them down super simply.” -ja
“I first opened this a few days ago, because I thought it might be useful at a time when we’re not really going out. is a lot of games to explore your inner world. you’re supposed to do it in a group setting, between two and eight people. breaks down in the chakras. you are exploring the red world, which is your root chakra. so those are about being grounded. follow the chakra system. whoever wrote this book was really in tune with something. but everything is very practical. -ja
