Author Ken Follett is Welsh and writes both historical and thriller novels. his work has sold more than one hundred and fifty million copies; Many have reached number one on the New York Times bestseller list. he spends part of his time working to promote writing and literacy. He is the oldest of four children and his parents forbade him to watch television or movies, which made him interested in reading from a very young age. his mother also told her stories, which allowed her to create his own worlds. He would graduate with honors in philosophy from University College London, later becoming a fellow of the university decades later. he first started out, working as a reporter in his hometown, at the local newspaper. later, he would work in a publishing house and rise to deputy general manager. he started writing fiction because he said a car he owned needed to be fixed and he heard someone had advanced the amount he needed. he married a woman named mary in 1968 and that same year his son was born. in 1973 they would have a daughter, five sons and six grandchildren. they also have three dogs. When he’s not writing or working for various reasons, he plays bass in a blues band and a folk band.

The plans of these Russians to come to America do not go well.
