Marc Alan Edelheit is a Pennsylvania historical fiction and fantasy author. he earned his bachelor of science before graduating with a master’s degree in reading and writing education and another master’s degree in administration. he would then spend several years as a freelance writer and then apply the vast experience he had as a manager in the healthcare industry to enter the writing industry. Marc published stiger’s tiger, his first novel, in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since. he now he has more than sixteen titles in more than five series of novels. Before becoming a bestselling author and healthcare executive, he traveled extensively and lived throughout Europe and Asia. towards the end of the cold war, he had made the crossing at the charlie checkpoint in berlin. he loves to think of himself as the biggest fan in history and incorporates a lot of that love into his very realistic novels. He currently lives in New Hope, Pennsylvania.
Given his strong passion for history, he found much of the inspiration for “stiger’s tiger”, his debut on the track. every year her family usually goes on a family vacation to florida and this has become quite an adventure. Alan Edelheit does a lot of the driving and it was while he was driving that he started thinking about writing a story. With her background in history and hosting 2centhistory, which is a very successful history podcast, she had a lot that she needed. During this time, she had been doing a lot of research on Rome and was reading a lot about it in order to prepare her program. she was also reading a fantasy novel and she thought it would be great if she could set her novel around some of the great wars of the Roman era. It was at that moment that she realized that she could have something great if she could write about the Roman legions but add elements of fantasy. She made some notes that night though she wasn’t so sure she was ready for such a big undertaking as writing a novel. After a few months thinking of various stories and developing ideas, she finally published her debut in 2015.

although marc edelheit has become a popular author, he still thinks of writing as a hobby. he still works as a health care executive and has a family with three little girls. his wife still thinks he writes full time because of the amount of time he spends working on his novels. once he gets home from work, he usually plays with his kids and his wife and then, when they all go to bed, he takes some time off to write. he usually spends three to five hours every night writing his stories because he believes in the coherence of his writing. Since writing is his passion, he hopes to one day become a full-time author and retire from his day job. When he’s not writing or working, he loves spending time with family, traveling, and being outdoors in activities like kayaking and hiking. he, too, is a voracious reader for both work and pleasure, typically reading four to five novels each week. he also loves video games and can often be found playing armored warfare, world of warships and world of tanks.
“stiger’s tigers” by marc alan edelheit opens up to a roman empire that has survived through the centuries but now faces the threat of a major rebellion in the south as well as multiple wars. A true bastard of a man, an Imperial Legionnaire fighter, and an officer and nobleman from an infamous family, Captain Ben Stiger is at the center of it all. he has been plucked from the first legion fighting to put down the southern rebellion to become commander of the 85th imperial infantry, one of the worst in the army. he has been sent on a suicide mission to transport supplies to the vrell garrison, a very remote outpost. Along the way, he needs to survive an assassination attempt, rebuild his new regiment, earn the respect of men, and fight rebels, bandits, and the messenger of an evil god. Along with him are several companions including a paladin and eleven rangers hoping to find the great father.

Marc Alan Edelheit’s “The Tiger” continues to follow Captain Ben Stiger, who recently captured Vrell Castle and banished the Evil God’s agent. But now Tiger is facing a hostile rebel army while he is cut off from the empire. he has the vrell valley which is well fortified, but the enemy forces he faces could overwhelm his small force. but even though he is greatly outnumbered, he has never been one to accept his fate and is intent on stopping the enemy’s advance. he is going to show them what his legions can do and next to him is eli, one of the eleven that remain from his first departure. As if things couldn’t get any worse, Castle Vrell is under threat from an army of dwarves who want him, claiming his sacred territory is Grata’kor. But what Tiger doesn’t know is that greater forces are at play. to survive he has to contend with the dwarven army determined to fulfill an ancient prophecy and a well supported rebel army from the south. if he fails in just one, the empire and the only world he knows could fall to ruin.
in marc alan edelheit’s “the tiger’s destiny”, stiger heads north with his elven lieutenant. unfortunately for him, the regiment he joins is riddled with imperial politics and thus much of it is in terrible disarray. Upon arrival, Tiger is assigned to scout an outpost that had unfortunately been cut off from the main army. he seizes this as an opportunity to draw his own men out of the embarrassing main camp and march them off. luckily for stiger, another cavalry unit is interested in participating in the march and happens to be the one that stayed out of the fray the longest. but then a paladin joins the march sent by the gods to cause them trouble. On his first day of marching, he finds a magical sword and learns the story of the missing 13th legion that has never been seen in three centuries. what follows is an excellent showdown adventure with eleven and armies of dwarves.
