margaret coel, who started out in journalism for her local newspaper, started writing for the ‘daily bouldering camera’ after receiving her journalism degree. After writing a series of articles for publications as diverse as the ‘new york times’, the ‘american heritage of invention and technology’ along with the ‘christian science monitor’, she earned her credentials as a serious writer. all this paved the way for him to publish his first book which was a non-fiction title based on ‘chief of the left hand’ published in 1988. his first fiction novel was titled ‘the eagle hunter’ which would be the first in his ‘wind river reserve’ book series, which was initially published in 1995. throughout this series there have been approximately eighteen novels to date.
margaret has also written a number of other works and has also written many non-fiction books. With his memoirs of the indigenous people, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the local area, he has created a vast body of literature on Colorado history. Books like ‘Goin’ Railwaying’ are among the top 100 books focused on Colorado history. All this has led her to receive awards and recognition for her work over the years. She also appeared on the cover of ‘Mystery Scene’ magazine during the fall of 2006 with a profile featuring her. There are also regular appearances of her at “Tony Hillerman Writers Weekend” where she gives talks and meets her fan base.

Although the evidence against the nephew of this president is weighed, many do not believe it is possible. two of these individuals are arapaho attorney vicky holden and st. francis mission pastor father john o’malley. protesting his innocence, they seek to clear his name and set him free.
What soon happens in their search for the truth is a trail that takes them back in time, as they discover what happened to the Indians when they were forced to live on reservations. with oil deals gone wrong, there are also plenty of cases of corruption, as it soon comes to light that there may be someone willing to go to any lengths to keep history firmly rooted in the past at any cost. when the killer seems ready to strike again, it seems they are in a race against time to discover the truth about the evil that befell the great plains a hundred years before. Will they know the truth and get justice for the president? what exactly happened on those plains a hundred years ago? Will they be able to solve the case in time or will the killer strike again?

This time, set in the legend of Sacajawea, Coel recounts the story of this Native American woman who is said to have helped guide to the lewis and clark expedition throughout the american desert. According to the famous myth, her body is buried in none other than the Wind River Reserve. The problem is that a university professor has disappeared without a trace while she was looking for her grave.
Now it’s up to her friend and partner, Vicky Holden, to return once more to solve this latest mystery and rescue her lifelong friend. She is once again accompanied by Pastor Father John O’Malley who, together with Vicky, will solve this case by getting to the bottom of the mystery involving the Sacajawea. with another woman who also disappeared before, time is running out for them to save her friend. who is to blame for all these disappearances and what exactly do they want to cover up? What secrets do the hidden memories of Sajajawea hold? Will they be able to solve the case in time before it’s too late, or will they have another victim buried forever along with the truth?
