Going from Oklahoma to Florida, she even spent some time abroad in Austria, all experiences that helped shape both her and her writing. she initially studied drama at the university of carolina, from an early age she had a keen interest in acting, as she would become involved in the nearby local theater. During her studies, she began to get involved in mythology as she began to delve into religion, and soon specialized in the subject as she became interested in other cultures. After her graduation, she traveled the world, enjoying a wide range of different experiences that she wrote down for her later use.
