While she was working as an actress, she lived in New York City and later moved to Minneapolis. in the summer time, she worked as a park ranger. She worked in many different states as a park ranger, including Royal Island in Michigan and the Guadalupe Mountains in Texas. When she wasn’t working as a park ranger or actress, she had jobs that involved writing. these included being a restaurant critic and a travel writer. She moved frequently while working different jobs, and the last place she ended up moving to was Mississippi.
