the alaska werewolf series novels written by paige are made up of 3 books published between the years 2008 and 2009. the first novel in the series was titled ‘animal attraction’ and was published as an e-book edition on in 2008. the novel premiered as an original story and its worldwide success allowed it to be chosen as a finalist for the epic award. It was also considered as the best book by long and short reviews in the year 2008. Apart from that, the novel received excellent reviews from everyone. the book was revised and re-released by obtaining the rights from the publisher. the author reworked the novel’s story and added some characters, as well as more suspense, adventure, and action, allowing the novel to become a full novel of a novella. it became even better after it was reworked and was appreciated by readers in the form of a revised edition. the author has described the werewolves in the novel in such a way that they appear to be real and quite handsome as well.
In the opening plot of the novel, the main character named Eliza Bradley introduces herself as a lady looking for a job. She is at first extremely frustrated by the fact that none of the real newspaper agencies in the city are not ready to hire her as a reporter. and so, she accepts the only job she can get, which is on a paranormal and unreal magazine. In her first assignment at the new job, she is asked to head to Fairbanks in Alaska to investigate the rumor about a werewolf that killed 2 men in town. Soon, the novel’s other major character introduces himself in the form of Professor Hunter McCall. When she meets Professor McCall, who works as a professor at a local university and has extensive knowledge about wolves, she finds herself attracted to him. she can’t resist her inner feelings for him, as he is an expert on wolves, but she ends up spending more time with him in her bed than knowing about werewolves from him. Soon, Eliza’s relationship with Professor McCall is complicated when she learns that he himself belongs to the werewolf variety. From there, things begin to take other directions. Even though Ella Elixa has realized Professor McCall’s true nature, she doesn’t care about it, as she is more concerned about the other werewolf in town who has a taste for human blood. Professor McCall and Eliza are the only ones who can stop the werewolf from killing innocent people, but they must do so as soon as possible before they become victims.

The second novel in the series was published in 2008 by the editorial whiskey creek under the title “animal instinct”. The plot of the novel deals with the lives of the main characters Heidi Gibson and Luke McCall. Heidi Gibson introduces herself as an artist, while Luke McCall introduces herself as a biologist. In the opening plot of the novel, Heidi spends the summer in Anchorage for a painting job, where she is attacked by a wolf. She is saved by Luke McCall, who informs her that she will become a werewolf on the full moon since she was bitten by the werewolf. Heidi doesn’t believe her and thinks that she has gone crazy, but she can’t stop thinking about him. She begins to fall for Luke’s golden eyes and rough look. Soon, strange things begin to happen to Heidi, after which she begins to believe what Luke had told her. Afraid of the consequences and not knowing what to do next, Heidi turns to Luke for help. She accidentally sees that Luke’s true identity is a werewolf and wonders how she knows so much about wolves. Even though she reveals her true identity, Luke helps Heidi learn the facts about being a werewolf. Heidi, on the other hand, continues to fall for her charm. Soon, the werewolf who had attacked Heidi earlier reappears and doesn’t seem too happy with Luke and Heidi’s growing closeness, as he thinks she was her mate.
