i have read all of robert kiyosaki’s books and found them to be fantastic and inspiring. but some of the newer things about him are just iterations of the old. financial iq was one of the newer ones, and while I enjoyed it, I really don’t think I needed to read it for anything other than motivation (and since motivation is my #1 problem, I read it and enjoyed it!).
rich dad’s advisor books are also very good. they are detailed and give you excellent information. garrett sutton or diane kennedy, for example, they really give you a lot of insights.
This “real real estate book”, however, is useless. So while Garrett Sutton’s books will tell you how to set up an LLC, Sutton only has a short chapter here to tell you about. there is not enough space for a detailed description of anything. if he already owns real estate, he already knows all this. if he doesn’t, then he needs to read deeper books. If motivation is what you need, read Kiyosaki’s own books. the real book of real estate pdf

And if you’ve just started in real estate, read a book about what you really need to know, not some useless overview of a bunch of experts I don’t need to know about right now. is a cpa useful? sure, but why care how it can save you thousands of dollars on all that real estate when you only have 1 or 2 houses?
I say give up buying this book. even the kiyosaki + donald trump one is better. Honestly, I’ve read hundreds of financial, real estate, and self-motivation books. and in all honesty there have only been 2-3 that I haven’t finished. this real estate book is one of them!
