s.j. Rozan is one of America’s award-winning thriller and detective novel authors. She lives in New York City and is particularly famous for writing the Lydia China and Bill Smith series of novels. Author Rozan has also co-authored a series of paranormal thrillers with author Carlos Dews under the pseudonym Sam Cabot. Author Rozan was born Shira Judith Rozan in 1950 in the Bronx, New York. she has a brother and a couple of sisters, with whom she grew up in the bronx. Since her childhood, she has a passion for playing basketball. she completed her graduation from oberlin college and earned her bachelor’s degree from her. Later, Ella Rozan joined the State University of New York at Buffalo and earned her master’s degree in architecture. Author Rozan considers herself a New Yorker for life and resides in lower Manhattan. After her graduation, Rozan began her career in the field of architecture. but before that, she worked a number of odd jobs including jewelry sales, painter, janitor, bakery, book sales, copywriting, as well as self-defense instructor. After starting out as an architect, Rozan became a project manager for a firm in New York. she used to work mainly on the projects that were socially useful.
