then your title should appear in your library.
2. rating & filtering
the sort & Library filter options allow you to change the way you view your titles in the app. therefore, your audiobook may not be displayed because you have selected a specific filter or are sorting your content in a certain way.
step 1. in the library section of the app, tap “all” then “all titles”.
step 2. tap sort options.
step 3. make sure to select “recent”, which allows your most recent content to appear at the top of your library.
after correcting the sort option, your title should appear at the top of the “all” section of your library.
3. log out & log in to the correct account
If the above 2 methods did not fix the problem, you can try logging out and then logging in. sometimes it may take a few seconds longer for the audiobook to show up in your library. If you sign out and then sign back in, you can speed up the process.
Also, if you have more than one account, you may not have noticed that the purchase was made on a different account. In this case, you must sign out of the Audible app on your device or the Audible desktop site and sign back into the correct account that received a purchase confirmation email.
after logging back in, the audiobook will be at the top of your library.
4. change your market
Just like signing in to the wrong account, you may be signed in to the wrong audible marketplace. for example, you have purchased the titles on audible.com, but log in to your account at audible.ca. if that’s the case, none of your titles will be available to listen to. In such a situation, you need to log out of the Audible site you are currently on, or log out of the app if you are using Audible windows/android/ios, and then log in to the Audible marketplace where you shop.

5. complete your purchase online
There are a few steps you need to follow when purchasing audiobooks from the audible desktop site. To complete your purchase, you must complete your purchases on the last page of the shopping cart by clicking on complete purchase. otherwise, you won’t see the titles in your library.

6. check credit card information
If your audiobook does not appear in your library, the transaction may not have been processed normally due to a problem with your payment method. Here are two ways to determine that your card did not successfully process your audiobook purchase:
1. you did not receive a purchase confirmation email from audible.
2. the audiobook purchase appears as “order declined” in your purchase history on the account details page of the audible site.
for the 2 cases above, you will need to edit your payment method and repurchase the item to return it to your library.
To edit your payment information, visit the payment section of the account details page.
7. contact audible support
If you’ve tried all of the steps above and still don’t see your audiobook, please go directly to contacting audible support. they will help you add it to your library.
