How do I change my mailing address?
To change your address on file with us, simply use the account lookup function and complete the change of address form provided.
We will change your address immediately on our records, but please allow three to four weeks for delivery to the new address. we may have already shipped (or prepared to ship) a problem to your old address.

once I subscribe, when will I receive my first copy?
national subscriptions
You must allow at least 30 days from the date you place your order for your first copy to arrive. If you experience an unusual delay, please call us at 800-274-5611.
international subscriptions
posts that are sent to addresses outside the us. uu. may be slow due to postal service. international subscribers should wait six to eight weeks to receive their first issue.
there is a better way, although more expensive. you can send your problems as international airmail. this is more expensive, but greatly reduces delivery time. contact us for current rates and ordering information.

why did i get a bill before my first number arrived?
We realize it’s confusing to receive an invoice before you receive your first issue. but we have found that this is the best way to ensure that the many people who choose to continue receiving their subscription after the initial trial period do not see their service interrupted. We encourage you to wait until you have received all of your free trial issues to make a decision. if you choose to pay earlier, rest easy with our full money-back guarantee.

international subscriptions
We require prepayment for international subscriptions. you can load your subscription with visa, mastercard, american express, optima, discovery… or send a check drawn on a US bank, payable in US funds. contact us for current rates and ordering information.

I never got a particular problem. what do i do?
There are several reasons why you may not have received a problem.
The post office is not delivering your copies. Contact us and verify that your correct address is on file. sometimes, too, copies can be damaged or lost in the mail. we will be happy to replace them. just let us know.
we may not have received your renewal instructions. if we do not receive your renewal instructions before the address label is generated for the last issue of your subscription, the next issue will be forfeited . that means we need your renewal instructions at least six weeks before your subscription expires. contact us us to let us know you would like to renew.
We have not received your payment. When we receive your “bill me” request, we will send you several issues of the magazine in good faith. if we do not receive your payment, we will suspend your service after the promised free editions have been shipped. if you have sent your payment, contact us to verify receipt.

do you ever give my name to other companies?
If you provide us with your mailing address, or if you are a subscriber or have purchased a book or other merchandise from us, you may receive periodic emails with information about new products and services or upcoming events. You may also receive postal mailings from other companies that the boardroom thinks you might be interested in. If you do not wish to receive such emails, please let us know by completing this form. Please understand that this application may take a few weeks to process and you may receive mailings during this time. We appreciate your understanding during this process.
