Alexandre Dumas is one of the best known and most celebrated authors, best known for his best-selling novels based on the historical adventure, fiction, and romance genres. Some of his most famous works include The Count of Monte Cristo and The Three Musketeers. The author Dumas was born on July 24, 1802 in Villers-Cotterets, France as Dumas Davy de Pailleterie. He changed his last name to Dumas, which he adopted from his grandmother who used to work as a Haitian slave. Throughout his life, he went on to establish himself as one of France’s most celebrated authors. Author Dumas is quite popular for writing a number of historical adventure novels and plays. he died at the height of his writing career on December 5, 1870 at the age of 68. dumas breathed his last in puys, france. Regarding the personal life of author Alexandre Dumas, he had an affair with Marie Laure Labay and was blessed with a son who was also named Alexandre. Dumas’s son also followed in his footsteps and became a writer. In the year 1840, the author Dumas married an actress named Ida Ferrier, but he did not stop at making love to women. Later, he had a daughter named Marie Alexandrine. As author Dumas grew older, he indulged in affairs with younger women. when alexandre died in 1870, he was cremated in villers-cotterets. In 2002, his body was transferred to the pantheon, where he rests along with other great literary figures such as Victor Hugo, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Emile Zola.

When the members of the Cenci family become exasperated by Francesco’s behavior, they decide to plot and assassinate Francesco.
