andrew grant is an england based writer and novelist, who writes primarily in the thriller and suspense genre. His first series of novels revolved around the life of a spy David Trevellyan. Grant is the younger brother of Lee Child, who in turn is a well-known and successful author of the thriller genre. Andrew was born in 1968 in Birmingham, England. he attended st. albans school in hertfordshire and later graduated in drama and english literature from the university of sheffield. After graduating, Andrew founded a theater and art company that produced plays. The theater company successfully appeared at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. but as the days passed, he began to have difficulty managing the theater group due to problems related to cash receipts. Consequently, he left the theater and began working for a telecommunications company, where he spent nearly fifteen years. later, he also left that behind and decided to become a novelist. He has written three novels in the David Trevellyan series so far. He has been successful since his first novel, which received high marks from Publishers Weekly and Library Journal. Grant lives in Still Life in Sheffield and travels frequently between Chicago and Sheffield for his works related to the novel. He married Tasha Alexander in 2010. Tasha herself is a noted novelist and lives in Chicago.

As a former naval officer, he has all the killer instincts and survival tactics that make him a real threat to criminals. as a result, they always try to set him up so that he can no longer be a threat to them. In one such instance, he is shown taking a solitary late-night walk between his New York City hotel and a restaurant, where he encounters a man in the alley, who has been shot to death and is lying there. next to the side of the road. As soon as David approaches the body, a police car arrives to catch him. david realizes he’s been framed. but he shows no signs of concern as he believes that he has not committed the crime. He has been in a lot of trouble before and has been able to get out of every situation thanks to his ingenuity and determination.
David used to work as an undercover officer on the orders of his superior officers. s, he was thinking that they would help him in this case. but he does not have the opportunity to contact them and the new york police prefer to hand over his case to the fbi. this makes it even harder for him to get out. Furthermore, he becomes deeply involved in the system when he learns that his bosses turn their backs on him. therefore, he decides to act alone and look for ways to clear his name from this case. he has no idea who is his friend and who is not, but he begins to find out the truth and learns that there has been a great international conspiracy that has been established against him. he believes in his instincts and advances step by step knowing that if they catch him, they will kill him. but he thinks on the positive side and believes that if he manages to find the truth, he will get redemption. this keeps him motivated throughout his fight. he continues to fight to clear his name and that of the corpse that was killed in the alley.

The novel was very successful and was reviewed very well by everyone. People praised Grant for his efforts as a beginner and encouraged him to write more novels. Although the novel was similar to the ‘Jack Reacher’ novel written by his brother Lee Child, Grant was appreciated for his crisp dialogue and his exciting story. the novel’s motto, “don’t get mad, you get even” became very popular.
The sequel to the first novel was published in 2010 by Pan Macmillan Australia and was titled “Die Twice”. the plot of this novel picks up where it left off in the first part. He is seen dedicated to leaving New York City after finishing his previous mission. But he is summoned by the British consulate in Chicago, where he is assigned the job of finding a rogue agent. he is ordered to work within the confines of the system, but he believes that he can only do so by relying on his own instincts and abilities. he now trusts no one and makes his own decisions based on his investigations. he has to save the lives of countless innocent people by putting an end to all the treacherous plans.
david trevellyan believes he has an obligation to do the right thing, even if it comes at enormous personal cost. This novel was compared to those of his brother, Lee Child, and yet it stood out for his excellence. Andrew Grant was praised for his efforts and his novel was believed to have broken new ground in the crime thriller category. the sequel’s action scenes are believed to have a solid adrenaline rush from start to finish. the library newspaper described it as full of counterterrorism, espionage, and excitement. David Trevellyan comes across as even more macho and has been described by critics as a James Bond-esque intelligence agent. His character has been portrayed as larger than life with a keen sense of observation of human nature. Grant was greatly appreciated for his efforts and motivated him to write another sequel to the thriller.
