this might surprise you, but book of mormon flipchart books is one of my favorite songs. I feel like it’s a really helpful song for learning where things are in the book of mormon, but it’s also catchy and we made it into a game!

I color coordinate the song lines and have the children stand or sit in every other row. we also switch between moroni and prophets and also for the final phrases! you can alternate the activity by giving one action such as stomp, clap, snap, tap, jump or any other action for one row and a different action for alternate rows.
You could also play a game of freeze tag by being perfect on all “even” rows and taking out all your moves during alternate rows (starting with the first row!)

is color coordinated with a changing color for each month and broken down for each of the books in the book of mormon. simply check off each colored circle (representing a chapter within each book) and then continue throughout the year marking your progress. isn’t it so cute, colorful and fun? It would be wonderful to give them to your elementary school children!

book of mormon printables are just one page. I load it right behind the sheet music printout and then pick up the board when it’s time to sing this wiggle song! it’s colorful with a new color for each line (2 books of the book of mormon) and it’s based on lots of fun options for actions!
Add actions by color, or in a repeating pattern, and you have a perfect motion song to get kids moving with purpose!
Holding this flipchart of the books of the book of mormon makes it easy for everyone to see and follow the action changes we decided on before we started. plus, I like that it’s always there, easy to find, in case I need it without taking up extra space in my folder.
