what is booksprice and how can it be used? booksprice is a free website that allows users to search for the best deals related to the prices of books, cds, dvds and other products offered by thousands of stores on the web. Booksprice specializes in comparing multiple books, CDs, and DVDs as part of a single search. booksprice is an independent website that is not owned or controlled to any extent by any other commercial entity. therefore, all search results are completely objective.

getting started booksprice is designed to be extremely easy to use. To find the best deal for you, just complete two easy steps: (1) search for the title of the book, cd, or dvd you’re interested in, and (2) do a search on our website.

Please note that on occasion certain websites or stores may not provide necessary information to BooksPrice in a timely manner. As a result, a store may be delisted even though the store may offer to sell the product you are interested in.

what is the comparison of several books? booksprice allows you to find the best overall price for multiple books together. results are displayed in 3 ways: (1) the best ‘new books’ store combination. (2) the best combination of new and used book store. (3) the cheapest store in the total purchase. When doing this type of search we do our best to find the best price combination. we apply a reasonable algorithm to find these combinations, but we do not check each and every combination. We will usually be able to find good combinations that will save you money using this logic, but we cannot guarantee that all possible combinations will be processed.

how does it work? we look for books in several bookstores in parallel. using this method we have access to a very rich catalogue. When the book you are looking for is found, and you press the compare price button, we carry out the price search to find the best price for the book. Using advanced technology, we can search for results in a matter of seconds. prices can be stored in our cache for up to a day, reducing the burden on online bookstores for popular titles. sometimes bookstores take too long to respond to the price of the book and even though they have the book, they don’t show up.

Please note: Although we update our prices constantly, the prices shown here may not reflect the current price at a particular store. Be sure to check both price and availability when you view the product in the store.

Do you always find the cheapest price of any book? we always do our best to find the best price. however, we cannot guarantee to always find it. when you do a price comparison on booksprice.com, our server goes to each of the stores listed by us and checks their prices (prices can be stored for up to a day, reducing the load on online bookstores for popular titles ). however, there are many reasons that can cause a store to be excluded from a comparison, including:

A lower price is offered at a store we didn’t search
The store’s website is down.
The store’s website is down. down under heavy load and not responding to our server in the allotted time.
network congestion on the internet.
a failure of our site or our hosting provider.

Most of these issues are only temporary and resolve automatically when the above issues are resolved, so you can always check the price again for other results.
