I love how this book starts with a bit of an instant attraction between two struggling characters that turns into one of the greatest simmering romances.
Despite the fact that Miles is his brother’s best friend and fellow pilot, they establish a relationship as neighbors with benefits that they try to keep apart from any feelings.
It’s a great look at how love gets in the way, but how it can also actually help heal.
jeannine colette and lauren runow’s rebellious roommate
When Stacey transfers to UC Berkeley, she moves in with her brother, but also inherits another roommate, her brother’s best friend, Wesley Knight.
wesley was the boy who constantly picked on her growing up and now he’s the funny cop scaring away any boy who wants to talk to her.
If he’s ruining her love life, then she can ruin his.
However, when the flirting escalates, the line between roommates blurs, causing them to break all the rules.
This was a fun romantic book about the brother’s best friend with the added tension between the roommates!
