amy fleming is the main character in the canadian drama series heartland (2007- ) which is popular with horse lovers around the world. On the show, Amy is a talented horse trainer who heals troubled horses.

despite being shot in the shoulder in the season 13 finale, amy does not die in heartland. Ella’s husband and her husband took her to the hospital in time for the doctors to stop her bleeding and for her to make a full recovery.
thanks to the heroic actions of ty jumping on top of amy, the stray bullet missed any vital organs. As we all know, unfortunately, you yourself were not so lucky. he too was shot from the same bullet and later developed a blood clot that killed him.
in the flashback to ty’s death in season 14 episode 1, “keep me in your heart”, amy is shown wearing a black sling over her right shoulder. this is the only reference we see to her recovery from being shot, and in the next scene she is already fully healed.

is amy in heartland season 15?
along with most of the fleming-bartlett clan, amy is also in season 15 of heartland. This season, she strengthens her relationship with her daughter, continues to work with horses, and helps out at Cooper’s Horse Therapy Center.
heartland season 15 is certainly an eventful season for amy’s character. Ella Lyndy Ella’s daughter is slowly aging, and by the end of the season, Ella is ready to start kindergarten. We’ll also see Amy dealing with Ty’s death one last time before she finally makes peace with the terrible events.
In addition, Season 15 brings interesting new people and significant commitments into Amy’s life. She devotes much of her time and energy to keeping the Cooper Therapy Center afloat to help the children who live there.
Those interested in Amy moving forward with a new romantic partner are also in luck. It just so happens that there are several new faces in Heartland season 15 who could serve as a potential love interest for Amy. we’ll just have to wait and see!

we must remember that the heartland series has been running for an incredible 15 years. In fact, Heartland is the longest-running number one hour drama in Canadian television history.
Playing Amy on the show has already been a long-term commitment for actress Amber Marshall. and so some fans are worried, could she be thinking of leaving heartland?
There is no news of Amy leaving Heartland any time soon. The actress has always been the most committed to the program of the entire cast and it is unlikely that she will leave in the near future.
also, there is no indication at the end of season 15 that amy would be leaving heartland. The ranch is her and Lyndy’s home, and Amy’s help will be needed at the nearby horse therapy center.
if we’re being honest, amy is the only character in the heartland that the series can’t do without. his special gift for healing horses and his relationship with humans has always been at the center of the series. Therefore, Amy’s departure would also mean the end of Heartland.
and because none of the fans could imagine amy being played by someone else, heartland also needs amber marshall to continue. Fortunately, Marshall has always been passionate about the stories told in the series. after all, she is the real life version of her character who lives on a 100 acre ranch with her horses!
