eugenia price is an american fiction author. She was born on June 22, 1916, in Charleston, West Virginia. her parents were walter and anna price. her father was a dentist. At age ten, she wrote a poem for a literary magazine at her school after deciding she wanted to be a writer.

She was raised to belong to the Methodist church, but left when she graduated from high school in 1932 at the young age of 15. She however, finally decided to take a break from writing and become a dentist just like her father was and she took up the family trade from her.

eugenia price went to ohio university for a total of three years. She became an atheist at that time and enrolled in Northwest Dental School, where she was the only woman admitted that year. for a period of two years, she continued to study dentistry. She was hired to work on a 1939 NBC radio series called In Case of Aggie Horn.

price continued to work for the show for three more years, at which point he left nbc for another television show. Price went to work for Joyce Jordan, M.D., another radio show sponsored by Proctor and Gamble. While working there, he founded his own radio and television company in 1945.
