I don’t know about you, but finding a great kissing scene in an already fantastic book is the icing on the cake for me. there are many ways to screw up writing a kiss or any sexy scene in books because it’s all so physical, but there are also many ways to make it memorable. in the books, a great kissing scene consists of the narrator’s feelings, thoughts, and atmosphere around the couple. it can be incredibly sweet and romantic, or sensual and hot. and I’m sure you have some favorites that you may or may not have read and reread several times.

Many young adult books capture these passionate kissing scenes because of the passionate first love, the first kiss, and all those epic firsts. However, that’s not to say that classic literature doesn’t have plenty of beautiful kissing moments.
