Lois Duncan is an American writer and novelist. Her full name is Lois Duncan Steinmetz, and she was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on April 28, 1934. She is best known for her books written for children and young adults, as well as her adult crime novels. . She is also known by the pseudonym Lois Kerry.

Duncan compiled the facts about the case, as well as guesses about who killed my daughter. The case remains unresolved. Duncan wrote another book about the murder that continued after the first and contained new information the family had obtained through a private investigation. he was called one of the wolves.
