make sure download is enabled in the overdrive app
- In the overdrive app, tap the icon in the upper left corner to open the start menu.
- tap files.
- Switch the “downloads” slider to the on position.
- all files queued in the app should start downloading automatically. if they don’t, select a title on your bookshelf and tap download all.

- In the overdrive app, tap files and then select the title you’re having trouble with.
- tap delete all to delete files or cancel pending downloads.
- turn off the device completely and turn it on again.
- open the overdrive app and go to the library.
- touch problem title, then yes to download the title from the files menu.
