if there is a large quantity (such as a shelf, bookcase, or more), email us pictures of the bookcase so we can read the spines; in many cases, this will give us enough information.

If the books are of interest to you, we will make an appointment for you to bring them on a Tuesday.

It is important to note that even at this stage we may not purchase the books you have to offer; in most cases we buy only a small number of books that are offered to us. This is because there are so many people interested in selling your books, so we must be selective about what we buy or we will quickly become overwhelmed with stock.

Do you offer reviews?

We are unable to offer informal or formal reviews at this time. If you want to offer us your books, follow the steps above.

Do you accept donations?

Although we appreciate the idea, we are not a charity shop and therefore do not accept donations. please do not leave bags or boxes of books at the door as this is considered tipping. the best we can do is follow the guide above to see if we would be interested in buying them. If we can’t make an offer on the books and can’t recommend anyone else in the trade, the best thing to do is donate them to charity; they will be able to make the most of them.
