Helping children learn to identify emotions, the situations that trigger these feelings, and effective coping skills gives them a strong emotional foundation, which in turn can lead to increased self-confidence and a sense of self-worth. self-esteem.

Exploring a range of emotions in depth, it is a great resource for children when learning about feelings.
