dr. seuss was originally known as theodor seuss geisel, the beloved bestselling children’s author who published more than 60 colorful, humorous, and wacky children’s books during a five-decade career that sold more than 222 million books, which were translated into more than 15 languages. before his death in 1991.

compile this list of dr. ordering the seuss books was not an easy task. I relied on wikipedia and other sources for this data to develop this list into something more detailed and useful for the general public, including children, parents, and teachers.
I would like to point out that I did not include books written by dr. the pseudonyms of seuss, theo. lesieg and rosetta stone in this list of dr. seuss books in order, because I think readers who come to this page will not be looking for these books. (if so, you can find them on wikipedia). i also didn’t include books inspired by dr. seuss.
I include in the list of dr. seuss books in order the posthumous books that were published after dr. the death of seuss, which were based on his sketches and notes, as well as books not directly attributed to “dr. seuss”, but were written and illustrated by him. (for example, the dictionary of the beginner’s book The Cat in the Hat is attributed to the cat).
and where two books were published in the same year, I did my best to find the original publication date and order them chronologically.
