sophie hannah is one of the renowned novelists and poets from england, united kingdom who likes to write all her books based on psychological thriller genre. Before becoming an established author, she used to be a Fellow in Creative Arts at Trinity College, Cambridge, as well as a Junior Research Fellow at Wolfson College, Oxford. for one of her stories entitled ‘the octopus nest’, author sophie managed to win the daphne du maurier festival’s short story contest. she has also been shortlisted for some other major literary awards in her writing career. Author Sophie began her writing career in 1992 with the publication of the book titled ‘Carrot the Goldfish’.
After the success of this book, he went on to write and publish several other collections of poetry and short stories, as well as a few stand-alone novels. Finally, she Sophie became a full-fledged novelist in the year 1999 when she published the independent novel called ‘Gripless’. author sophie won the 2013 crime thriller of the year award organized by the national specsavers awards. the award was given for her novel ‘el transporter’. a couple of her crime books have been adapted into a television series. the books, the other half-lives and the rescue point, were finally adapted under a single television series called case sensitive, which appeared on the itv1 channel in 2011 and 2012. in addition to the crime novels, the author sophie has also published a couple of short story collections and 5 poetry collections. The debut novel of the Spill de Cid series was published under the title ‘Carita’. was released by the hodder & Stoughton Publishers in 2006. Charlie Zailer and Simon Waterhouse are the main characters in the plot of this book. the story begins with the situation that is described as every mother’s nightmare. at first, she alice fancourt for the first time after the birth of her daughter and decides to leave her 2-month-old daughter with her husband named david at her house.

Soon, the police arrive at Alice’s house. At the beginning of the novel, Flis Benson, who is portrayed as a television producer, receives a strange card while on the job from him. he finds 16 numbers printed on the card arranged as 4 × 4 and does not seem to understand the hidden meaning in the arrangement. the same day, he learns that he will be working on a project about mothers who are mistakenly accused of murder after a miscarriage. In the documentary, he is supposed to introduce 3 women named Rachel Hines, Helen Yardley, and Sarah Jaggard. all 3 women have now been cleared of murder charges and the doctor who wanted them jailed for their alleged crimes, dr. judith duffy, you’re under investigation for misconduct. fliss benson has decided that this will be the last documentary he will work on and gives no reason to do so. Shortly after, Helen Yardley is discovered dead. the police find the same card in her pocket with 16 numbers arranged in a 4 × 4. this makes them suspect that fliss benson is the killer.
